Our platform acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. Dubai Happy Days is responsible for the booking process, customer service, and ensuring quality standards are maintained by our partners.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, including making bookings and receiving promotional offers, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through Dubai Happy Days, you enter into a contract with both our company and the service provider. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is successfully processed. This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation and should be presented when accessing the booked service.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless specifically noted otherwise. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options as displayed during checkout.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Special Promotional Offer

Our new customer promotion offering 50% discount on the first reservation is subject to the following conditions:

• Available only to customers who have never previously booked through Dubai Happy Days
• Must be claimed within one hour of account registration
• Applies to selected attractions and tours as specified during booking
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts
• Subject to availability and blackout dates
• Minimum and maximum booking values may apply
• Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

4.4 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price will not change regardless of subsequent price adjustments. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in bookings that have been made at incorrect prices.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific attraction or tour booked. Each booking confirmation will clearly state the applicable cancellation terms. Generally, our cancellation policies are as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled experience typically qualify for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled experience may receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience or no-shows are generally non-refundable.

Some experiences may have different cancellation policies due to their nature or provider requirements. Always review the specific cancellation terms before completing your booking.

5.2 Cancellation by Dubai Happy Days or Service Provider

In rare circumstances, we or our service providers may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date or experience of equal value.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using Dubai Happy Days services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Happy Days shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through our services

9. Indemnification
